Ward Air Systems was established in 1999 by Steve Ward as a sole trader providing services predominantly within the motor industry, Steve has many years of industrial and commercial ventilation experience and specialises in Test Cell Works, Dust Control & Filtration. Brett Clark joined the partnership in 2007 bringing experience in Industrial & Commercial HVAC and Pipework services.
In 2009 the partnership was changed over to the limited company to help with the further development of the business
Born in Birmingham in 1967, Steve learned his trade with various specialist ventilation companies with an emphasis on automotive installations, after attending Matthew Boulton Technical College to gain his BTEC ONC & HNC in engineering, and further training in AutoCad.
From this position, Steve went on to gain experience within the industry working in all areas from workshop to drawing and finally installation, moving on to continue in office based roles at other Industrial and Commercial Building Services companies where his experience ranged from engineer to director level.
Outside of work, Steve has a wife and 2 children, and his interests include rugby coaching and watching, cars & fitness.
Born in Birmingham in 1971, Brett learned his trade with How Engineering Services Ltd in West Bromwich, carrying out a BTEC Engineering Technicians Apprenticeship, which involved attending East Birmingham College to gain his BTEC ONC & HNC in HVAC Building Services, and further training in AutoCad.
Brett went on to gain experience with a ductwork company working in all areas from workshop to drawing and finally installation, moving on to continue in office based roles at other Industrial and Commercial Building Services companies where his experience ranged from engineer to director level.
Brett is currently a member of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) West Midlands Region
Outside of work, Brett has a wife and 3 children, and his interests include football, cars & occasionally golf
